E-Rate 16-17 Questions

- Local/Long Distance Services / VOIP

1.  If replacing current system with VOIP solution, does the new system have to run on our current network?

Yes

 - WAN (LSPAN)

These questions are coming from different vendors...so I want to be sure we are on the "same page".  Please let me know if we need more clarification:
1 - I submitted the mini-bids and you should be able to see those now.

2 - All schools should be bid separately, and we may choose to accept your bid on all, some, or none, whichever is in the best interest of the school district.

3 - I want the special construction charge, for each school, listed separate from the monthly recurring for each school.  And, we will choose to pay the special construction charges over a 4 year period.

4 - To help you plan...there are 4 of our locations that actually sit on the same property.  They are our NOC, MCHS, CTC, and Alternative School.

5 - Yes, we do want a point to point, leaving NOC going to each school.

6 - I understand from the LSPAN that you all responded to, this is a fully managed leased lit fiber job.  If you thought otherwise, please let me know.  The question was asked, does this include a router for each location?  I think yes, since it's managed...but please feel free to open this discussion if needed.
