Question 1.  I saw where you wanted the bids broken down by what was E-rate eligible, but did you also want it broken down by individual schools?
Answer 1:
I know that our Cat 2 money can be used by "district" this year instead of by individual schools but since I haven't actually seen the 471 this year in erate, I think it might be helpful to still have it divided by school, just in case...that way I don't have to come back to you later and ask

Question 2:: Changes made during walk-throughs or things to be made aware of:
Answer 2:
MIS:
  • Computer Room will have 22 ports instead of 20, which makes a total of  78 ports instead of 76 as listed in the mini-quote , with 2 ports being in each drop unless a lab setting.
MCHS:
  • In the library we will need some kind of floor track to run cables to some island desks from the wall. I can send you pictures of what is needed. Probably about 20ft of track total.
CTC:
  • In the main building with all the computer labs, we want to run all the cables back to the MDF that is in the room labeled kitchen. We will be getting rid of the racks in the labs, as they are not fiber-fed.
  • In the room labeled "Electrical Classroom" we added 3 more dual drops, which adds 6 more ports
  • In the room labeled "Industrial Maintenance Classroom" we added 1 dual drop, which adds 2 more ports
  • This changes the grand total of ports from 138 to 146 ports, as listed in the mini-quote, with 2 ports being in each drop, unless in labs.
