The Monroe County Learning Enrichment Program is taught by two certified gifted specialists, Kerry Chandler and Jennifer Riley.





Mrs. Kerry Chandler attended Monroe County Public Schools.  After graduating from Monroe County High School, she attended Alabama Southern Community College and received an Associates degree in Allied Health.  She then transferred to The University of Alabama and received a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood/ Elementary Education.  She holds two Masters degrees, one in Early Childhood Education from Alabama State University and one in Gifted Education from The University of South Alabama. She is married and has three boys.

Mrs. Jennifer Riley grew up in Monroeville and is a product of the Monroe County Public School System. She continued her education at Alabama Southern Community College. She transferred to The University of South Alabama and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education (K-6). She currently holds a Masters degree from Troy University in Gifted Education (P-12). Outside of being a teacher she enjoys shopping, water sports, and spending time with her family. She is married and has two sons, Willis and Pearson.
